Waterfowl Youth Hunt – Sherwood, OR

The 2017 Youth Waterfowl Hunt at Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge (TRNWR) is open to youth 17 years of age and under.

Hunting will be open to ducks, geese, and coots, during youth days only. All participants must adhere to State and special refuge regulations to participate.

Those wishing to participate in the opportunity must submit an application, applications are due by October 1st, 2017

All youth must have passed a hunter education course, have their own hunting license, state waterfowl validation and migratory HIP (Harvest Information Program), federal waterfowl stamp and be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older

All selected hunters and participants (non-hunting supervisors and observers) that will be present in the blind during the hunt, must attend one orientation prior to their hunt, either October 21st or November 18th from 9am – 12:00pm, at:

TRNWR Wildlife Center
